About
Faye Mallett is a sound artist and therapeutic sound practitioner whose work focuses on deep listening, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. She designs immersive sound experiences that support rest, integration, and a gentle return to inner balance and rhythm, both in group settings and through individualized therapeutic sound sessions.
Drawing from a background in music, sound therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, Faye works with live instruments to create carefully paced soundscapes that invite the body and mind to settle. Her approach emphasizes coherence and responsiveness, allowing each experience to unfold in harmony with the moment and those present.
Faye facilitates a range of offerings across wellness and clinical-adjacent spaces, including weekly group sound journeys and one-on-one therapeutic sound sessions. Whether working with individuals or groups, her work is rooted in presence rather than performance, and in experience rather than instruction.
At the core of Faye’s practice is the belief that sound can support inner clarity, balance, and reconnection when delivered with care and intention. Each session is designed as a complete sensory experience, inviting participants to slow down, listen deeply, and return home to themselves.
Faye’s work is offered within wellness and therapeutic contexts and is designed to complement—rather than replace—other forms of care. She is a practitioner member of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA) and holds a Professional Level Mindfulness Teacher certification (CMT-P) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
