Whether it's a group sound bath session or a one-on-one offering, I provide people with space to reconnect with their senses, listen more deeply, and cultivate an inner steadiness to help meet their lives with presence.
The experiential practices I guide emerged from the pain of moving through life without being fully in contact with my own experience, especially under ongoing pressure and uncertainty.
Through decades of sound-based practices and attentive listening, I slowly learned to stay with what I was sensing, rather than immediately reacting, shutting it down or moving on.
These practices have helped me stay with my lived experiences, even as they shift, and my work now focuses on supporting that same capacity in others.
