This weekly 75-minute sound bath journey unfolds with gentle somatic cues and simple guided prompts to open and close the experience, allowing the body and nervous system to settle with ease. Attention is given to pacing, atmosphere, and integration, so that participants can arrive fully and leave feeling grounded and restored. Chromotherapy lighting is used throughout the experience to evoke a sense of calm, and brief vibroacoustic segments are incorporated to help relax the body through subtle vibrations.
