Love sound baths and want to go deeper? These personalized, one-on-one therapeutic sound sessions are designed to support nervous system balance and renewal. They are especially helpful if you're coping with burnout, recovering from stress, going through significant life changes or transitions, or simply looking to strengthen your resilience against the emotional, physical, and mental pressures of life through self-connection and attunement.
What to Expect: The 60-minute session begins with a collaborative intake and intention-setting, then transitions into a 45-minute immersive sound experience with singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Supportive guided meditation and breathwork prompts are integrated throughout, and the session closes with time for debriefing and reflection.
What this session is not: While this practice is trauma-informed, it is not meant to serve as counselling or coaching. Instead, it provides a mindful, restorative experience that supports a holistic approach to healing and wellness. It acts as a complementary therapy and can benefit those currently engaged in psychedelic integration, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other trauma recovery methods.

How to Book Your Session: All therapeutic sound sessions can be booked online through Aestra Counselling & Wellness. 60-minute appointments are available on Fridays from 1 to 9 pm and Sundays from 12 to 6 pm. Please consult the schedule for availability.
