Intrigued by the science of optimal living and resilience, she guides you into deeper levels of consciousness to dream your most brilliant future self into being.
The 1-hour combined guided meditation with sound immersion is held in a private space in Yaletown. Provided are:
yoga mats
props
eye masks
water
Please bring a warm blanket, pillow and an extra yoga mat if you wish for more comfort. You will be lying down for the majority of the time, unless you choose to sit in meditation.
